RALLS (Special) Services for Freddie Lesly, 51, of Ralls will be at 4 p.m. today at Ralls United Methodist Church with the Rev. Howard Marcom officiating.
Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.
A member of his family found Lesly's body about 8 a.m. Friday at his residence south of Ralls shortly after he suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Crosby County Justice of the Peace Clyde Davis of Crosbyton pronounced Lesly dead at 8:45 a.m. and ruled the death a suicide.
The Ralls native married Gloria Joy Hamrick, June 9, 1955, in Wichita Falls. He was a farmer and a lifelong Ralls resident.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Thomas, Chris and Joel, all of Ralls; five brothers, Wilburt of Houston, U.L. of Lordsburg, N.M., T.O. of Perryton, Earnie of Shallowater and Glen of Spearman; three sisters, Lettie Cooper of Morton, Ruth Copeland of Hawley and Eula Scillar of Kirkland, Wash.; and three grandchildren.

Joy Lesly, 75, passed away on Friday, June 1, 2012, in Lubbock, Texas. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, June 2, 2012, in the Ralls Cemetery Chapel with Chaplain Paul Miller officiating. Arrangements are under the personal care of Adams Funeral Home ~ Ralls.
Joy was born in Atoka County, Oklahoma to Joe and Dorothy Hamrick on November 5, 1936. She was a very loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her sons, Thomas Lesly & wife Susan of Portland, Oregon, Chris Lesly & wife Shannin of Lubbock and Joel Lesly of Lubbock, ten grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
The family would like to express special thanks to Interim Hospice of Lubbock.
