Services for Eva Nell Lamb, 68, of Ralls were at 2 p.m., Friday, November 9, 2001 at Ralls First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jim Morrow officiating and Rev. Floyd Haddock assisting.
Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
She died Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2001 at Crosbyton Clinic Hospital.
She was born July 7, 1933 in Floydada, TX.
She married Bearl Calvin Ferguson on November 27, 1957. He died July 12, 1982. She then married Orvel Lamb on March 28, 1987 in Floydada.
She was an active member of the Ralls First Baptist Church where she was in the Ruth Sunday school class and was a former member of the church choir. She was also a member of the Lorenzo Women´s Study Club, the Crosbyton Order of the Eastern Star #891, the Licensed Vocational Nurse Association, The Grand Prairie Quilting Club. She also served for several years on the Crosby County Fair board. She had worked as a licensed vocational nurse in Lockney and Floydada before she retired.
She moved to Ralls in 1987 from Floydada.
Survivors include her husband, Orvel Lamb of Ralls; two daughters, Sandra Barton and her husband Darrell of Albuquerque, NM, and Debra Ramirez of Owatonna, MN; four grandchildren Krystal and Maribeth Barton of Albuquerque; Bearl and Nickolas Ramirez of Owatonna, MN; one brother, A.C. Pratt of Floydada; one sister, Frances Graves of Lockney.

Services for Orvel Haney Lamb, 86, of Ralls will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 10, 2009 in the Ralls First Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Carson officiating. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home in Ralls.
Orvel passed away Friday, November 6, 2009 at the Crosbyton Hospital. He was born November 20, 1922 in Caprock, Texas to the late Walton Edward and Cora Viola (Megowan) Lamb. On March 28, 1987 he married Eva Nell Pratt in Floydada. She preceded him in death November 7, 2001.
Orvel was a member of the Ralls First Baptist Church and Emma Masonic Lodge #931. A farmer, he had lived in Ralls his entire life. A brother, H. L. Lamb preceded in death November 19, 2004.
Orvel is survived by a brother and his wife, Harvey and Betty Lamb of Ralls, one niece, one nephew and several great nieces and nephews and several great, great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5-6 PM Monday at Adams Funeral Home in Ralls.
