RALLS (Special) Services for Walton Edward Lamb, 85, of Ralls were at 2 p.m. Monday in the Ralls First Baptist Church with the Rev. Floyd Haddock, pastor, officiating. Burial was made in Ralls Cemetery.Mr. Lamb, a retired farmer, moved to the Ralls area in 1913 from Rule.
He died at 1 p.m. Sunday in the Crosbyton Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
A Grimes County native, Lamb and the former Cora Megowan were married July 14, 1912 in Rule. They moved to Ralls the following year.
The deceased was a member of the Woodmen of the World and the Robertson community Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, H.L. Lamb and Orvel Lamb, both of Ralls, and Harvey Lamb of Lubbock; a brother, Velma Lamb of Ralls; a sister, Mrs. Vera Flowers of Ralls; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Lamb died about 4:30 p.m. Monday at Crosbyton Hospital after a lengthy illness.
A native of Falls County, she moved to Ralls from Rule in 1913. She was a member of Ralls First Baptist Church. She married Walton Edward Lamb on July 14, 1912, in Rule. He died Sept. 3, 1973.
Survivors include three sons, H.L. and Orvel H., both of Ralls, and Harvey of Lubbock; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
