John W. Lain's Services Pending
RALLS (Special) - Services are pending at Carter Funeral Home here for John William Lain, 76, longtime Ralls resident who died Tuesday afternoon at Medical Center Hospital in Plainview.A native of Dallas County, Lain had lived in the South Plains area since 1917. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Katie; two daughters, Mrs. James Crow and Mrs. Leroy Parrish, both of Liberty, MO; one brother, Roy Lain of San Diego, CA; two sisters, Mrs. Joe Moore and Mrs. Charlie Moore, both of Vernon; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
