Larry Fred Jones Funeral Here Thursday
Larry Fred Jones, 21, died about 3:30 a.m. Wednesday in Methodist Hospital in Lubbock following a short illness.Funeral was conducted at 4 p.m. Thursday in Ralls First United Methodist Church. The Rev. Vernon O´Kelly, pastor, officiated. He was assisted by the Rev. E. R. McGregor, a retired Methodist minister.
Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home.
A Brownwood native, Jones moved to Ralls from Comanche five years ago.
He is survived by his parents, Clarence Jones of Garland and Mrs. Lyman Abell of Ralls; a brother, Mark Jones of Ralls; three halfbrothers, Todd and Paul Abell, both of Ralls, and Steven Jones of Nacogdoches; a half-sister, Aleene Jones of Garland; and his grandparents, Mrs. Paul Bedingfield of Lubbock and Mrs. Adell Jackson and Mrs. C. G. Jones, both of Brownwood.
