Services for Mary E. Johnson, 71, of 4710 Slide Road, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the W. W. Rix Chapel.Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery.
A Lubbock resident since 1946, Mrs. Johnson died at 4:10 a.m. Sunday at St. Mary´s Hospital after a long illness.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. J.T. Robertson, Mrs. Clovis Ward and Mrs. Mary Garrison all of Lubbock; two sons, Wendell May of Lubbock and James May of Dallas; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Pevey of Mayfield; a brother, J.C. Pevey of Greenville; 16 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
