Services for Adela Sifuentes Johnson, 31, of Ralls were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2002, at First Assembly of God Church in Ralls with the Revs. Cleta Eldridge and Frank Tello officiating.Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
She died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2002 at Lubbock´s Covenant Medical Center.
She was born July 19, 1970, in Lubbock and married Brian Johnson on Aug. 20, 1988, in Floydada. She was a member of Fellowship of Faith Church in Petersburg and did volunteer work at Ralls Elementary School. She was a lifelong resident of Crosby County.
Preceded in death by her father Jessie Sifuentes on May 26, 1989.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Jarette and Byron, both of Ralls; two daughters, Savannah and Rhea, both of Ralls; her mother, Aurelia Sifuentes of Crosbyton; seven brothers, Jessie, Antonio and Jose Sifuentes, all of San Antonio, Valentino Sifuentes of Lubbock, Paul Sifuentes of Petersburg and Mark and Moises Sifuentes, both of Crosbyton; and eight sisters, Maria Lopez of Vale, Ore., Julia Castelleon and Rosalinda Smith, both of San Antonio, Brenda Martinez and Patty Randell, both of Crosbyton, Carmen Padilla of Yakima, Wash., Ann Garza of Ralls and Elaine Velasquez of Lubbock.
