Services for Abelina Jasso, 74, of Ralls were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2001, at Templo Nuevo Vida in Ralls with the Rev. Onesimo Acosta officiating.Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
She died Monday, Oct. 15, 2001, at Covenant Medical Center Lakeside in Lubbock.
She was born Dec. 10, 1926, in Kenedy, TX.
She married Tomas Jasso on May 31, 1947, in Runge. He died May 1, 1991.
She was a member of Templo Nuevo Vida. She moved to Crosby County in 1965 and was a homemaker.
Survivors include four sons, Gilbert Jasso of Crosbyton, Rudy Jasso of Cone, Robert Jasso of Ralls and Ricky Jasso of Slaton; four daughters, Mary Martinez and Sylvia Ledesma, both of Ralls, Alice Barboza of Lubbock and Gloria Flores of Crosbyton; three sisters, Maria Rodriguez of San Antonio, Oliver Tobar of Corpus Christi and Ramona Castanea of Tahoka; 25 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
