RALLS (Special) - Services for Billie Jo Hughes, 56, of Lubbock will be at 3 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with Clark Johnson, a Church of Christ minister from Lubbock, officiating.Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hughes died at 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 14, 1994, in Lubbock´s University Medical Center.
She was born on July 16, 1937, in Crosby County. She moved to Lubbock in 1987 from Van. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She graduated from Ralls High School and attended Texas Woman´s University. She worked for Servicemasters Food Service at Lubbock Christian University. She was an honorary member of the Van FFA and Van Young Farmers.
Survivors include two sons, Jeff and Kaleum "Boots" both of Van; two daughters, Tracy Moczygemba of Brownwood and Cathy Hughes of Lubbock; her mother, Jessie Mae Amonett of Cone; a brother, Clifford Gaylon Amonett of Lubbock; two sisters, Wanda Fay Campbell of Cone and Marjorie Reynolds of Lubbock; and six grandchildren.
