Graveside services for Ovie Pearl Hubble, 99, of Seminole were held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in Ralls Cemetery with Leo Copeland of the 8th Street Church of Christ officiating.

Arrangements were under the direction of Ratliff Funeral Home of Seminole.

She died Friday, March 29, 2002.

She was born Nov. 25, 1902, in Comanche County. She married Bob N. Hubble Sr. in 1924 in Crosby County. He died Jan. 19, 1966.

She was a homemaker, a former member of The Order of the Eastern Star, a lifetime member of the American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliaries and a member of the 8th Street Church of Christ.

She also was preceded in death by two sons, Ed and Harold.

Survivors include a son, Bob of Seminole; a daughter, Doris May of Lubbock; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
