Graveside services for Catherine Mozell (Fulbright) Howard age 95 will be held at the Ralls Cemetery in Ralls, Texas at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 18, 2016. Arrangements are under the care of Sanders Funeral Home. Catherine was born in Caprock, Texas on July 20, 1920 to Shi and Vera Fulbright. She attended Ralls High School and Draughns Business College. She was married to Wallace Howard in 1939. Catherine worked for W.D. Wilkins Fine Jewelry and Dunlaps Department Store until her retirement.
She was a long time member of the First Baptist Church in Lubbock. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter, Evelyn, and her brothers Henry and Joe Fulbright.
Survivors include sister, Nell Dycus and sister-in-law, Jaunelle Fulbright and several nieces and nephews.
