Services for Mrs. Willie Mae Holland, 57, of Ralls were at 4 p.m. Thursday at the Ralls First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dale Cain, pastor, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Eddie Howard, a Baptist minister of Denver City.

Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home in Ralls.

Mrs. Holland died of smoke inhalation following a fire at her Ralls home Tuesday morning. A native of Pilot Point, Mrs. Holland had been a lifelong area resident.

She is survived by her husband, Clifton Melvin "Pip" Holland; her four daughters, Mrs. Linda Mowery of 1909 60th St., Lubbock. Mrs. Gene Goade of Springfield, Mo., Mrs. Carroll Akeroid of Corpus Christi and Mrs. Judy Patterson of 4808 42nd St.; three sisters, Mrs. Nola Lyle of San Angelo, Mrs. Emma Lee Norwood of Brownwood and Mrs. Vivian Houchin of Lubbock; two brothers, Marvin Beck of Lubbock and J.P. Beck of Ralls; and eight grandchildren.
