RALLS (Special) - Services for Mittie Hoad, 92, of Ralls will be at 3:30 p.m. today in Shiloh Baptist Church with the Revs. Bennie Anderson, a Baptist minister, and A.Y. Lauterdale, pastor of the Church of God in Christ Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hoad died Tuesday in Lockney Care Center after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Smithville and moved to Ralls in 1925. She married Pearlie Hoad in 1947. She was a member of the Church of God in Christ. A daughter, Rosie Lee Artison, died on May 17, 1983.

Survivors include her husband; a stepson, Thomas L. of Jacksonville; two stepdaughters, Pearlean Thompson and Helena Herod, both of Jacksonville; a sister, Lillie P. Smith of Los Angeles, Calif.; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
