RALLS (Special) Roy Hillin, a resident of Ralls and of Crosby County since 1916, died in his home here about 6 a.m. Tuesday.
A native of Burleson County, Hillin was a retired farmer. He was a former Crosby County tax assessor and collector and was sheriff of the county from 1941 until 1947 and from 1951 until 1955.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church here with the Rev. C.M. Fields, pastor, and the Rev. Noel V. Guise of Waco officiating. Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home here.
Survivors include his wife, Mamie; a brother, Robert Hillin of Presidio, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. George Ingle, Daly City, Calif., and Mrs. Sam King of Ralls; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

RALLS (Special) Graveside services for Mamie Hillin, 93, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Ralls Cemetery with the Rev. Lee Fuller of Rals officiating.
Burial will be under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
She died Friday in Ralls Nursing Home after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Burleson County. She married Roy Hillin on Dec. 5, 1909, in Burleson County. He died in 1966. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include two grandchildren, Kay Phelps of Lubbock and Lonnie Hillin of Amarillo; and four great grandchildren.
