Mrs. Harris Dies Sunday After Long Illness

Mrs. Paralee Vernetta Harris, 76, died in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital at 3 a.m. Sunday following a long illness. She had been a Ralls resident for 20 years.

Funeral services were held Monday at 3 p.m. in the Ralls Church of Christ. R. W. Poynor, minister, officiated. Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home.

Mrs. Harris, a native of Wood County, came to Crosby from Martin County in 1937. She is survived by a son, Revis, Andrews; a daughter, Mrs. Leon Conner, Ralls, 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
