Services for Junior Harper, 67, of Ralls were at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, 2002 at Shiloh Baptist Church in Ralls with the Rev. Raymond Roberts officiating.

Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

He died Sunday, Sept. 8, 2002 in Post, TX.

He was born March 20, 1935, in Shiner, TX.

He married Ann R. Anderson.

He was a Baptist and formerly worked for First Baptist Church in Ralls as a custodian. He moved to Ralls in 1972 from Lubbock.

Survivors include his wife, Ann Harper; a son, Shawn of Taylor; a daughter, Sherry of Louisiana; and a brother, B.H. of Shiner, TX.

Annie Anderson LUBBOCK — Mrs. Annie Ree Anderson, 79, passed away on Nov. 11, 2012.

Annie was born on Jan. 23, 1933, in Marshall, Texas, to the parentage of the late William and Rosa Lee Anderson. Annie was raised in Marshall with her 11 siblings before relocating to Lubbock and eventually residing in Ralls, Texas. Annie was joined in holy matrimony to Junior Harper. She attended Shallow Baptist Church. She was employed as a domestic housekeeper and janitor at First Baptist Church and spent her time fishing and designing quilts. Annie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Junior Harper; and three brothers, Charles Ray Anderson, William Anderson Jr. and Tommy Lee Anderson.

She leaves to cherish her memories her brothers, Willie Anderson, Robert Lee Anderson, John Wesley Anderson and Walter Lee Anderson; her sisters, Mary Louise Jackson, Ruby Jewel Anderson, Catherine Coleman and Mildred Manus; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Celebration of life services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church at 3 p.m. Interment will follow in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Visitation will be held today from 2 to 5 p.m. at Griffin Mortuary.
