U.S.Flag   Graveside services for Virgil Lee Hampton, a former Ralls resident, were conducted at Ralls cemetery at 2:00 p.m. Dec. 1 by Rix Funeral Directors.

Rev. J. T. Bolding, associate pastor of First Baptist Church in Lubbock, officiated.

Hampton, 47, died on Nov. 30, in a Dallas Hospital.

He was a member of Oakwood Baptist Church in Lubbock, and a veteran of World War II; and was a mechanic for the Duncanville School Bus Service.

Survivors include his son, Tommy, of Houston, two daughters, Mrs. Becky Campbell of Ft. Worth and Mrs. Nancy Gore of Lubbock; his father, John Hampton of Clarendon, three brothers, Buster and Lester, of Lubbock, Robert, of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, a sister, Mrs. Ella Mae Moore of Ft. Smith, and six grandchildren.
