Funeral Services to be held Saturday, Jan. 5th for Linda Hajdik, 14, of Ralls

Services for Linda Hajdik, 14, of Ralls will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 5, 2008 at the Ralls First Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Carson and Tyler Archer officiating. Burial will be in the Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Linda passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

She was born on June 8, 1993 in Smithville to Charles and Laura (Spillar) Hajdik.

She was a member of the Ralls First Baptist Church and in the ninth grade at Ralls High School. She was active in the Ralls High School Band where she was a member of the flag corp. She was a straight A student, participated in EDGE and was a member of the one act play cast. Linda is preceded in death by a sister Nancy McCool who passed away in 2005.

Survivors include; her parents; Kenneth and Linda McCool of Ralls, her birth parents; Charles Hajdik of Smithville, Laura Hajdik of Austin, a brother; Kenneth McCool, Jr. of Idalou and a sister; Pamela Jo McCool of York, Penn.

The family will receive friends from 5 PM to 6 PM Friday at Adams Funeral Home in Ralls. Serving as pallbearers will be Miguel Salazar, Henry Vega, Jeremy Griffith, Craig Hambright, Chris Wade and Bobby Feaster. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Slayden Watson, Rico Delgado, Andrew Diaz, Anthony Castillo, Barron James and Josh Arthur.
