U.S.Flag Sunday in Carter-Adams Funeral Home with the Rev. David Ray, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

He died at 3 a.m. PST Wednesday in San Diego´s Sharp Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Tarrant County and graduated from Ralls High school in 1942. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He married Ann Chapman on Dec. 1, 1946, in Fort Worth. He was a supervisor for Conveyor Aircraft in San Diego until retiring in 1986.

Survivors inlcude his wife; two brothers, Clarence and Roy, both of Ralls; and two sisters, Ethel Laird and Pauline Presley, both of Ralls.
