Doris GrahamServices for Doris Norris Graham, 77, of Lubbock and formerly Ralls was at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 2, 2005 at Adams Funeral Home in Ralls with Tim Mills officiating. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery.

She passed away Monday, January 31, 2005 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock. She was born October 27, 1927 in Itasca, Texas to Robert N. and Claudius Crouch Irvin. On February 23, 1950 she married Gene Norris in Lubbock, Texas. He preceded her in death on Sept. 5, 1984. On July 8, 1991 she married June Graham in Alpine, Texas. He preceded her in death on February 13, 2002. She was a member of Emma Church of Christ in Ralls. She received her Bachelors degree in home economics and her Masters degree in special education from Texas Tech University and taught home economics in Dimmitt, 5th grade in Idalou, 2nd grade and special education in Lorenzo, homebound students, and special education in Ralls. She was a lifetime member of the Texas State Teachers Association and a member of Prairie Thimble Quilting Bee.

She is preceded in death by a brother; Joe Irvin, a sister, Lucille Thomas and stepson, Clay Graham.

Survivors include; four sons; Danny Norris of Lubbock, Norman Norris and wife Teresa of Ralls, Walt Norris and wife Reba of Lorenzo and Scott Norris and wife Debbie of Ralls, two stepsons; Kelly Graham and wife Gayle of Santa Fe, New Mexico, Keith Graham of Alpine, a sister; Janice Ashley of Hale Center, eight grandchildren; Nick Norris, Lisa Burns, Alan Norris, Rusty Norris, Leslie Norris, Stacy Norris, Toni Norris and Kayla Norris and a great granddaughter; Lauren Burns. The family suggests memorials to the Ralls Cemetery Association, 808 Ave I, Ralls, Texas 79357 or your favorite charity.
