Rosary for Louis Salas Gonzales, 21, of Ralls was held at 7:30 p.m. sunday, November 30, 1997, at St. Michael´s Catholic Church.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, December 1, 1997 at the same church with the Rev. Glenn Rosendale, pastor, officiating.
Burial followed in Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
Gonzales died Friday, Nov. 28, 1997, at Methodist Hospital.
He was born Aug. 4, 1976, in Petersburg. He graduated from Ralls High School, where he was a member of the Ralls High School band. He attended West Texas A&M in Canyon. He was a member of St. Michael´s Catholic Church.
He worked for the Dickens prison system as a security guard.
Survivors include his parents, Raul and Elise Gonzales of Ralls; his grandfather, Vicente Salas of Ralls; his grandmother, Maria Gonzales of Ralls; two brothers, Williams and Edward, both of Ralls; and four sisters, Gloria Garcia of Garland, Rebecca Gonzales of Petersburg, Teresa Gonzales of Crosbyton and Patricia Gonzales of Ralls.
