RALLS (Special) - Services for Rutha Glisson, 85, of Ralls will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Ralls First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Morrow, pastor, officiating.

Burial will follow in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

She died at 4:10 a.m. Saturday in Crosbyton Hospital after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Fannin County and moved to Ralls in 1926, moving from Paris. She married Raymond A. Glisson on Aug. 11, 1925, in Fannin County. He died on June 12, 1975.

She was a homemaker and member of Ralls First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by one son, R. A. Glisson Jr. on May 28, 1985, and two grandchildren.

Survivors include one daughter, Mary Ruth Grizzle; one brother, J. D. Terry of Bovina; five sisters, Edna Dell Loveless of Lubbock, Mable "Chock" Stone and Bonnie Shumaker, both of Ralls, Ruby Carson of Paris, Dixie Hollinger of Amarillo; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbeareers will be Carl Bechamp, Jery McCuan, Lynn Harrell, Jimmy Stone, Ross Estes and Dee Ellis.
