Myrle FenterServices for Myrle Fenter, 103 of Ralls will be at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 6, 2006 at the Ralls First Baptist Church with the Rev. Ken Bevel officiating. Burial will be in the Ralls cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Myrle passed away Sunday, December 3, 2006 in the Ralls Nursing Home.

She was born on September 27, 1903 in De Leon, Texas to the late William Luke and Ada Frances (Schooler) Northcutt. On February 19, 1926 she married William Floyd Fenter in Olton, Texas. They had two children Oleta Watson and Johnny Fenter. Her husband Floyd, her son Johnny Fenter, her daughter Oleta Watson and a grandson Donald Watson all preceded her in death..

Myrle was a member of the Ralls First Baptist Church. She was the owner and operator of Red-White Grocery Store and had worked for the telephone company in Sudan. She moved to Ralls in 1933 from Sudan.

Survivors include; a daughter-in-law; Gloria Fenter, grandchildren; Jayson and John Fenter all of Lubbock, Jerry Watson of Idaho, Margie Surber, William Watson, Paula Tennis, and Sue Watson all of California, 17 great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren a sister; Linnie Mae Cowley, three nieces Gennel Porter of Missouri, Opal Hickam and June Cotton both of New Mexico.
