John William Fenter's Services Set Today
Services for John William Fenter, 38, will be at 2 p.m. today in the W.W. Rix Chapel with the Rev. L.B. Stallings, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Ralls, officiating. Burial will be in the Ralls Cemetery directed by Rix Funeral Directors.Fenter, a trucking contractor, was killed Saturday in a traffic accident near Tyler. He was a native of Pampa, and had lived in Lubbock since 1953, moving here from Ralls.
Survivors are his wife, Gloria, and a son, John Jr., both of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Fenter, Ralls; and a half-sister, Mrs. Oleta Watson, Modesto, Calif.
Pallbearers will be Billy Myers, Monroe Lynch, Don Bennett, R.L. Kidd Jr., G.D. Butler and Bill Mayes.
