RALLS (Special) - Services for Minnie Evatt, 84, will be at 2 p.m. today in the Emma Church of Christ with Roy Shave, minister, officiating.

Burial will be in the Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

Mrs. Evatt, a native of Erath County, died at 9:20 p.m. Sunday in Crosbyton Clinic Hospital after a lengthy illness. She married James E. Evatt in Huckaby in 1917 and they came to the plains in 1923, moving to the Owens Community in 1925. They farmed and ranched until 1957 when they moved into Ralls. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Elvin and Billy Ray of Ralls; two daughters, Elnaree Southward and Berta Fay Cornelius of Ralls; four brothers, Clarence Dawdy of El Paso, John H. Dawdy of Idalou, Lewis Dawdy of Siloam Springs, Ark. and Alpha Dawdy of Idalou; seven sisters, Clara Perkins of Dublin, Josie Danner of Ralls, Ruth McInroe of Dallas, Lyla Clark of Moriarty, N.M., and Lola Brunson, Virgie Lawrence and Ina Vickers, all of Idalou; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Tony and Kelly Chron, Joe Cox, Tracy Evatt, Marion Williams and Joe Freeman.
