RALLS (Special) - Services for Almeda Diggs, 83, of Ralls will be at 1 p.m. today at Ralls First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Gary Hubbard officiating.Burial will be at Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
She died Saturday, Feb. 13, 1999, at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.
She was born Dec. 8, 1915, in Lakeview. She moved to Ralls in 1934 and married Minor "Boe" Diggs on Sept. 11, 1934. He died May 22, 1983. She was a member of the Ralls First United Methodist Church and a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She graduated from Ralls High School and worked as a dietitian for the Ralls school system for 34 years.
Survivors include two sons, Jerry Don Diggs of La Grange and Jerrell Diggs of Jefferson City, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
