Services for Noelia Cantu DeLello, 49, of Lubbock were held at 1 p.m. Friday, Apr. 9, 1999, at the Ralls First Baptist Church with the Rev. Sam Silva of Lubbock officiating. Rosary was held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Apr. 8, 1999, at Iglesia Bautista in Ralls. Burial was held in the Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.She died at 2:51 a.m. Wednesday, Apr. 7, 1999, in Convenant Medical Center of Lubbock.
She was born Oct. 31, 1949, in Edinburg. She married Richard DeLello on June 12, 1981, in Lubbock.
She was a member of Iglesia Bautista in Ralls and played basketball while in school. She moved to Lubbock from Ralls.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Rolando, Ernesto, and Lionel Cantu.
She is survived by Richard DeLello of Lubbock; two daughters, Renatta Renee and Rhonda Rae, both of Lubbock; her parents, Maria and Carlos Cantu Sr. of Ralls; two brothers, Carlos Cantu Jr. and Ruben Cantu, both of Lubbock; five sisters, Dora Garcia, Yolanda Rodriquez, Diana Britto and Gloria Moya, all of Lubbock, and Lucia Felan of San Angelo.
