Edmond Crump Services for Edmond Clifford Crump, 91, of Ralls will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 22, 2007 at the Ralls First Baptist Church with Reverends Floyd Haddock, Larry Carson, and Ken Bevel officiating. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Edmond passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2007 at the Ralls Nursing Home.

He was born Aug. 20, 1915 in the Farmer Community to the late Edmond P. and Abbie Gail (Ridling) Crump. On July 20, 1935 he married Margie Elizabeth James in Floydada.

Edmond was a member of the Ralls First Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon for several years. He was a charter member of the Ralls Lions Club and he and Margie were honored as the 1999 Mr. and Mrs. Cotton Boll in Ralls. Edmond�s father was one of the first settlers in the Farmer Community in 1905.

A farmer all his life, Edmond really enjoyed making a living that way. He enjoyed sports and really loved playing golf.

He is preceded in death by a sister, Nodie Gillespie, and by three brothers, Orban, Owen and Cletus Crump.

Edmond is survived by his wife of 71 years, Margie Crump of Ralls; two daughters, Sandra Roye and her husband Dwight of Ralls and Ruth McMillan of Arlington; two grandsons and their wives, Bart and Tami Roye of Ransom Canyon, and Barron and Kandra Roye of Ralls; three great grandchildren, Ashleigh and Lindsi Roye of Ransom Canyon and Brinson Roye of Ralls.

The family will receive friends at the church from 1 to service time on Thursday.
