CROSBYTON (Special) - Funeral services for Hazel Pryor Cox, 80, of Crosbyton will be at 2 p.m. Monday in First Baptist Church of Crosbyton with the Rev. Lester B. Griffin officiating.

Burial will be in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home, Crosbyton.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. today at Adams Funeral Home.

She died Friday, Aug. 4, 1995, at St. Mary Hospital in Lubbock.

She was born May 14, 1915, in Collin County. She married J.L. "Bud" Cox in 1934. He preceded her in death in 1972. She also was preceded in death by her son Kenny in 1990 and her two daughters - Dorothy Cox Moore in 1994 and Edith Cox in 1938.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, the Order of the Eastern Star and Crosbyton Senior Citizens. She worked as a nurse´s aide at Crosbyton Hospital from 1972 to 1989.

Survivors include a son, Roy Cox of Fort Worth, two daughters, Joyce Hilton and Linda Cox, both of Lubbock; a brother, Henry Pryor of California; a sister, Ethel Martin of Abilene; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
