Elva Cowan Funeral Held Here Thursday
Mrs. Elva Cowan, who died Monday in Granbury, was buried in Ralls Sept. 4th.The services in the Ralls First Baptist Church, were officiated by the Rev. Floyd Haddock, pastor. Martin´s Funeral Home of Granbury was in charge of the arrangements.
Born Dec. 16, 1880 in Hood County, she is survived by a son, S.C. Carlton of Houma, Calif.; two grandsons Jean D. Smith and Harold Harvey; three granddaughters, Mrs. Jerry Howard, Mrs. Randle Rhodes and Mrs. Ed Oppenheimer, and 11 great grandchildren.
