Services for John Thomas Cornwell, 53, of Hobbs, NM, were held on Tuesday, Aug. 24, 1999, at 10 a.m. in the Belvue Baptist Church with Rev. Bruce Kirby officiating.Burial was in Ralls Cemetery under direction of Chapel of Hope Funeral Home of Hobbs, NM.
He died at Lea Regional Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 8, 1945, in Dallas. He married Vicki Martin on March 8, 1974, in Ralls.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Eula Faye Cornwell.
Survivors include his wife, Vicki Conwell of Hobbs; two sons, Britt Cornwell of Canyon, and Tyson Cornwell of Hobbs.
