David Lee Copeland 48 of Terlton Oklahoma went to be with his lord on April 9, 2014. David was born June 5, 1965 in Crosbyton Texas to Joe and Helen Mosely Copeland. He was an exceptional cook owning his own restaurant at one time. David served his country in the United States Navy during the Persian Gulf War. David was a special person who loved animals of all kinds and fishing. He was always there to lend a hand when you needed him.
David leaves behind his parents, one son Aaron Copeland of Lubbock, one daughter Courtney Salas of Lubbock and a sister Taresa Spain of Kansas. He also leaves five grandchildren Kloie Dawn, Kadie Erin, Jonnie Salas and Kacie Rumbaugh, a niece and nephew Cody and Kristin. David is also survived by his Oklahoma family; Martha Flint, Misty and MJ Flint, Maylee, Cadiance and Jayce Flint.
Services for David will be 2:00 p.m. Monday April 14, 2014 at the Ralls Cemetery Chapel. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
