U.S.Flag   Masonic graveside services for John Melton Cook, 90, of Ralls, were held at 4 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, 1990, in Ralls.

Burial was under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home.

Cook died at 3:40 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, 1990 in Crosbyton Hospital after a lengthy illness.

He was born July 8, 1900 in Thurber and was an Army veteran of World War II.

He was an electrician, a member of the Lorenzo First Baptist Church and of Lorenzo Masonic Lodge #1144, where he received his 50-year pin in 1989.

He moved from Melissa to Ralls in 1988 and was a former resident of Lorenzo.

Survivors include a brother, Melvin Hogg of Spring, N.M.; three nieces, Xenna Watkins and Joyce Crowley of Ralls, Marion Tyer of Ft. Worth and four nephews, Clinton Berry of Ft. Worth, Kenneth Berry of Oklahoma, Herman Hamilton of Lamesa and Waylon Hamilton of Pharr, Texas.
