RALLS (Special) Services for Harry Carpenter, 71, of Ralls will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Morrow, pastor, officiating.
Burial in Ralls Cemetery will be directed by Carter-Adams Funeral Home.
Carpenter died Sunday at his residence after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Albany and moved to Ralls in 1925 from Floydada. He was co-owner of Carpenter Cleaners from 1950 to 1984. He was a member of the West Texas Avion Travel Club. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include a brother; Medlin of Plainview.
