Rebecca Calderon photo Rebecca Chavez Calderon, 46, of Ralls went to be with her Lord on September 2, 2014 surrounded by her family.

She was born on April 30, 1968 in Hamlin, Texas, to Frank and Aurelia Romero Chavez. Becky grew up in Hamlin and graduated from Hamlin High school in 1986, following graduation she moved to Plainview then moved to Ralls in 1997. Starting on September 16, 2002, Becky worked for Triumph Seed Company for the last 12 years. Becky always enjoyed spending Friday evenings at her parent�s house. While away from work she would spend her time tending to her flower beds or get lost in an episode of The Walton�s or Little House on the Prairie. Becky was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, and grandmother; she has touched many people�s lives in the community whether it be just saying �Hi� on her daily trips to the post office or greeting them at the doors of Triumph Seed. Becky will truly be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband, Trinidad Calderon of Ralls; her parents, Frank and Aurelia Chavez of Caprock, three sons; Steven Longoria of Ralls, Efren Longoria of Ralls, Chris Escobar of Lubbock, one daughter; Mishae Beth Calderon of Lubbock, one brother; Frank Chavez Jr. of Lubbock, three sisters; Rose Pena of Georgetown, Francis Reyna of Lubbock, Mary Maldonado of Petersburg, five grandchildren; Aaron Longoria and Lucero Lopez of Ralls, Eliah Diaz, Kenyon Escobar, and Lexi Escobar all of Lubbock.

Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, September 5, 2014 at St. Michael�s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Ralls Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 6:00 � 8:00 P.M. Thursday, at Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
