Willie Burke, son of A. J. Burke residing three and a half miles south of Ralls, died Saturday from pneumonia. The remains were interred in the Ralls cemetery Sunday.

When Willie Burk was born in 1901 in Texas, his father, Allen Jones Burk, was 26 and his mother, Sarah Lavena Bentley, was 23. He had six brothers. He died at the age of 17 with pneumonia.
