Cindy Renee Berry, 19, of 1612 50th St. died Saturday in Methodist Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Valdalia Church of Christ with Tommy Clay, minister, officiating, assisted by Jess Hall, minister of Greenlawn Church of Christ, and Paul Sherrod. Burial will be in Ralls directed by Sanders Funeral Home.

Formerly of Ralls, Miss Berry moved to Lubbock five years ago. She had attended Ralls public schools and was a nursery attendant at Oakwood Baptist Church kindergarten and Day School until she became ill four months ago.

Survivors include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Berry of Ralls; a sister, Mrs. Eleanor Dobkins of 3306 55th St.; and two brothers, Willard Tolbert and LaWayne Tolbert, both of Amarillo.
