Services for Euleta Poulson, 83, of Lorenzo will be at 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 3, 2006 at the Lorenzo First Baptist Church with Dr. D. L. Lowrie and Rev. Dennis Williams officiating.
Euleta passed away Thursday, August 31, 2006 at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock. She was born February 27, 1923 in Wolf City, Texas the the late John and Mary Grace (Alexander) Hargrove. On April 1, 1939 she married Thomas A. Poulson in Crosbyton.
She moved to Lorenzo in 1929 from Ford County and was a member of the Lorenzo First Baptist Church where she served as an instrumentalist for 42 years. Euleta was a homemaker and member of the Lorenzo Study Club, the Lorenzo Senior Citizens, was active in the Garden Club and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star where she was a past Worthy Matron. She was an avid bridge player, served on the Crosby County Historical Committee and served as a reporter for the Crosby County paper.
Survivors include; her husband; Thomas of Lorenzo, a son and his wife; Benny and Cynthia Poulson of Lorenzo, three brothers; John Hargrove of Flower Mound, Foye Hargrove of Lubbock, Coy Hargrove of Amarillo, a sister; Doris Flournoy of Winfield, LA, three grandchildren; Christy Wilmeth, Jennifer Sanders and Andrew Poulson and five great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday at Adams Funeral Home in Lorenzo.

Thomas A. Poulson, 92, of Lorenzo passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 in Ralls. Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 28,2012 in the Lorenzo Cemetery with the Rev. Kris Knippa and the Rev. T.J. Messer officiating. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Lorenzo. Arrangements are under the personal care of Adams Funeral Home Lorenzo. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m. Thursday December 27, 2012 at Adams Funeral Home Lorenzo Texas.

Thomas was born October 6, 1920 in Crosby County to Paul and Dolly Koonce Poulson. He married Euleta Hargrove on April 1, 1939. She preceded him in death on August 31, 2006. Thomas was a member of the First Baptist Church in Lorenzo where he served as an usher. He was a Master Mason, served on various co-op boards and the historical committee. He was an ever present help in times of trouble often helping others at his own expense. He loved his grandchildren and children of all ages. He loved working with livestock and farming and all the work that entailed.
Thomas is preceded in death by his parents and wife Euleta and several siblings.
He is survived by a son, Benny Poulson and his wife Cynthia of Lorenzo, a sister, Beth Creswell of Artesia New Mexico, three grandchildren, Christy Wilmeth, Jennifer Sanders and Andrew Poulson, five great grandchildren, Connor Wilmeth, Jessica, Emily, Catie, and Abbie Sanders.
