LORENZO (Special) - Services for Kenneth J.T. Woods, 51, of Lorenzo will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Golden, pastor, officiating.Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
Woods died Thursday morning in St. Mary of the Plains Hospital in Lubbock after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Lorenzo and was a graduate of Lorenzo High School and the Isbel Powell Cosmetic School of Lubbock. He had worked as a hairdresser and was a member of Trinity Church in Lubbock.
Survivors include his stepfather, Harry B. "Ted" Hoople of Lorenzo; three brothers, Gary Woods of Maybank, Bill Woods of Lewisville and Harry B. Hoople Jr. of Elgin; and two sisters, Shirley Moore of Lorenzo and Mary Smith of Renburg, NC.
