Services for Kathryn Anne "Katy" Brian Wiley, 24, of Lubbock will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, May 24, 2003 at Indiana Avenue Baptist Church in Lubbock with the Rev. Jim Gerlt officiating and the Rev. Les Griffin, Rev. Russ Murphy and Edward Coppage assisting.Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Crosbyton. She died Thursday, May 22, 2003 at Lubbock´s University Medical Center. She was born May 23, 1978 in Dallas. She married Eric Wiley on June 17, 2000 in Crosbyton.
She was a member of the Crosbyton First Baptist Church. She was a 1996 graduate of Crosbyton High School. She attended Wayland Baptist University. She was a graduate of Salon Professionals Academy and worked as an esthetician at Cathy´s Clippers Salon in Lubbock. She was currently attending South Plains College. She moved to Lubbock from Crosbyton.
Survivors include, her husband, Eric Wiley, a son, Isaiah Wiley, her parents, Tom and Ann Brian, a brother, Tom Brian and his wife Susan, a sister, Laurie Brian, and her grandmother, Edith Emmett all of Lubbock. The family suggests memorials to Indiana Baptist Church Memorial Fund, Crosbyton First Baptist Church Children´s Playground Fund or Wayland Baptist University or charity of your choice.
The family will receive friends from 5 PM to 7 PM Friday at Franklin Bartley Funeral Home in Lubbock. She will lie in state at Franklin Bartley From 10 AM to 8 PM on Friday.
