In Remembrance of

H.W. White

Rose Spray
Funeral services for H.W. White, 71, of 509 E. 13th St., will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Henderson Funeral Home chapel with Rev. James Schoenrock, pastor of Central Baptist Church, officiating.

Rev. Jack Welch, pastor emeritus of the church, will assist.

Burial will follow in City of Lorenzo Cemetery at 3:15 p.m.

White died at 12:30 a.m. Friday at Parkway Manor Nursing Home.

White had been a Lubbock resident since 1942. He was a retired brick mason and a member of the Methodist Church.

White was a former resident of Lorenzo an Tatum, NM.

Survivors include his wife, Edith; two sons, Hershell Jr. of Lubbock and Maytlon Edward of Fort Worth; a stepson, Elmer Llud Fisher of Lubbock; two daughters, Mrs. Matilda Barbee of Lubbock and Mrs. Juleta Lucas of Mesquite; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Louise Dankliefs of Clovis, NM; a brother, Chunk of Lubbock; two sisters, Mrs. Opal Self and Mrs. Tommie Shirley, both of Lubbock; 14 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
