FRIONA (Special) - Mrs. Jessie Elizabeth Stevens, 82, a resident of Bovina since 1932 and former resident of Lorenzo, died at 7 a.m. Sunday at her home.Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the First Baptist Church of Bovina with the Rev. Ralph Aday, pastor, officiating. Assisting will be Don Stone, pastor of the Bovina Church of Christ.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of Claborn Funeral Home
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ethel Martin, Lorenzo; a son, J.D. Stevens, Bovina; a sister, Mrs. J.P. Boyd, Lubbock; and 12 great grandchildren.
