IDALOU (Special) - Services for Martha E. Skirlock, 94, of Idalou will be at 2 p.m. today in Lorenzo Church of Christ with Travis Boyd, pastor, and Mal Sharka, of Eunice, NM, Church of Christ, officiating.Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under the direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.
She died at 10:10 a.m. Thursday in Methodist Hospital after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Nolan County. She married William Martin Skirlock on Feb. 3, 1929, in Lorenzo. He died in 1970. She was a housewife and member of the Idalou Church of Christ. She moved in 1970 to Idalou from Sundown and had also lived in the Robertson Community.
Survivors include a son, W.R. of Idalou; two sisters, Emily Stanford of Valley Mills and Etha Woodward of Fort Worth.
