IDALOU (Special) - Services for Martha E. Skirlock, 94, of Idalou will be at 2 p.m. today in Lorenzo Church of Christ with Travis Boyd, pastor, and Mal Sharka, of Eunice, NM, Church of Christ, officiating.

Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under the direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

She died at 10:10 a.m. Thursday in Methodist Hospital after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Nolan County. She married William Martin Skirlock on Feb. 3, 1929, in Lorenzo. He died in 1970. She was a housewife and member of the Idalou Church of Christ. She moved in 1970 to Idalou from Sundown and had also lived in the Robertson Community.

Survivors include a son, W.R. of Idalou; two sisters, Emily Stanford of Valley Mills and Etha Woodward of Fort Worth.
