LORENZO (Special) - Rosary for Josefa R. Rios, 81, of Lorenzo will be at 7 p.m. today in San Lorenzo Catholic Church with the Rev. Roland Buxkemper, pastor, officiating.Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the same church with the same officiant.
Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Lorenzo.
She died Monday, Feb. 24, 1997, in Lubbock's St. Mary Hospital.
She was born March 26, 1915, in Hindes. She married Santiago Vasquez Rios on May 8, 1930, in Pearsall. He died Dec. 10, 1988. She was a member of San Lorenzo Catholic Church and the Guadalupanas. She moved to the Lorenzo area in 1950 from Pearsall.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Robert and Santiago Jr., both of Lorenzo; a daughter, Guadalupe R. Picasso of Lorenzo; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
