U.S.Flag LORENZO (Special) - Services for Earl Reynolds, 71, of Lorenzo will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Baptist Church with Travis Boyd, a retired Church of Christ minister from Rule, officiating.

The Rev. Leo Cole, a retired Baptist minister from New Home, will assist, and burial in Lorenzo Cemetery will be directed by Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

Reynolds died at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Lubbock's Methodist Hospital after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Madill, Okla., and moved to Lorenzo in 1924. He married Dorothy Lee Lackey on Nov. 16, 1947, in Lorenzo. She died in 1978. He was a retired farmer, Mason, Army veteran of World War II and a member of Lorenzo Masonic Lodge and Estacado Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Carl of Tahoka, Dee of Lorenzo and Buddy of Brownwood; two brothers, Kenneth of Lubbock and Harvey of Floydada; three sisters, Irene Cowan of Lubbock, Ginny Gole of New Home and Bill Broeking of Lorenzo; and three grandchildren.
