LORENZO — Services for William C. "Bill" Reeves, 58, of Lorenzo will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Dennis Williams officiating and Elder George Johnson assisting.
Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under the direction of Adams Funeral Home of Lorenzo.
He died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2002.
He was born Jan. 10, 1944, in Waco and married Wilma Hill on March 14, 1964, in Lubbock. He was a graduate of Midlothian High School and had lived most of his life in Lubbock. He moved to Lorenzo in 1998 from San Antonio.
He worked for Lubbock Electric for 16 years and served in the Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Lubbock.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Shana Donahue of Lorenzo and Dana Reeves of San Antonio; three brothers, Richard "Dick" of Marshall, Gene of Farmers Branch and Joe Wayne of Cedar Hill; nine sisters, Mickie Hayes and Gayle Boren, both of Midlothian, Bette Echols of Wichita Falls, Susan Headrick of Hillsboro, Sara Carr of Kaufman, Skip Phillips of Cedar Hill, Donna Stone of Norman, Okla., Judi LaBudda of Grand Prairie and Jane Kearney of Bird-In-Hand, Pa.; and three grandchildren.

Memorial services for Wilma Ruth Reeves, 63, of Lorenzo will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 15, 2011, at Lorenzo First Baptist Church with the Rev. Kris Knippa officiating. Burial will follow memorial services at the Lorenzo Cemetery under the care of Adams Funeral Home of Lorenzo.
She passed away July 28, 2011, at her home in Lorenzo. Wilma was born May 3, 1948, in Lubbock, Texas, to the late Wallace and Allene (Brogden) Hill. She married William "Bill" Reeves March 14, 1964, in Lubbock, they moved to Lorenzo in 1998 from San Antonio. She worked as the Office Manager at Lubbock Cotton Growers for many years and was also a member of the Bethany Baptist Church in Lubbock.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and a brother Wayne Hill.
Survivors include her two daughters, Shana and her husband Michael Donahue of Lorenzo, Dana Ruebesam of Adams, MA, two sisters, Loreeta Schoepf of Lorenzo, Frances Rusteberg of Rancho Viejo, TX, four grandsons, Kase Donahue of Lubbock, Keven Donahue and Cody Donahue both of Lorenzo, Tyler Ruebesam of Adams, MA and many other close family members.
