In Remembrance of

N.J. Rainwater

U.S.Flag Graveside services for N.J.Rainwater, 81, of Lubbock were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, November 7, 1995, in the Lorenzo Cemetery with Rev. Rick McGee, pastor of the Lorenzo First Baptist Church officiating.

Burial was under direction of Adams Funeral Home of Lorenzo.

Mr. Rainwater died at 9:20 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, 1995, in Lubbock's South Park Hospital following an illness.

He was born Oct. 15, 1914, in Jones County, TX and moved to Lubbock in 1943. He was a self-employed electrician in Lubbock since 1943. He served in the Army in Germany during WWII.

Survivors include three sons, Charles Rainwater of Lubbock, Don Rainwater of Springfield, OR, and Jerry Rainwater of Wolfforth; two daughters, Carolyn Gee of Springfield, OR, and Kay Rainwater of Lubbock; 11 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.
