LORENZO (Special) - Rosary for Hermenia G. "Minnie" Puente, 64, of Lorenzo will be at 7 p.m. today in San Lorenzo Catholic Church.

Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the same church with the Rev. Gerald Leatham officiating.

Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under direction of White Funeral Home of Idalou.

She died Sunday, July 21, 1996, in Lorenzo.

She was born April 25, 1932, in Seguin. She attended Lorenzo and Estacado schools, and she was a member of San Lorenzo Catholic Church.

She worked for Home Health Care Providers in Lubbock for five years.

Survivors include her mother, Antonia Garza of Lorenzo; three sons, Daniel Puente of Lubbock, Albert Garza of Lubbock and Pat Puente of Lorenzo; three daughters, Liz Marquez of Petersburg and Esther Lopez and Frances Dominguez, both of Lorenzo; two brothers, Santos Garza of Lorenzo and Enrique Garza of Corpus Christi; five sisters, Elodia Slazar of Ontario, Ore., Amelia Arreguin of Baytown, Mague Tenneyeque of Fort Worth, and Angie Marmolejo and Sue Sosa, both of Lubbock; 14 grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
