Funeral services are scheduled in Ralls at 2 p.m. Saturday for L. L. Nettles, 67, a longtime resident of Lubbock. Nettles died about 6 a.m. Thursday in Aurora, Colo., near Denver.

The funeral will be in Carter Chapel, with the Rev. Payton Fullingim, pastor, officiating, assisted by the Rev. John Jenkins.

Burial will be in the Lorenzo Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Florence Nettles of Aurora; four daughters, Mrs. Earl Coulter of Lorenzo, Mrs. Tom Hushka of Aurora, Mrs. C.W. Danford of Waco, and Mrs. Bob Peacock of Dallas; two sons, Ted Nettles of Lubbock, and G.W. Nettles of Uvalde; a sister, Ione Wilson of Bonham; a brother, Roy Nettles of New Home.
