LORENZO (Special) - Services for Jean Nettles, 55, of Lorenzo will be at 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry Golden, pastor, the Rev. Bobby Heidecker, pastor of Assembly of God Church, and the Rev. Ross Spencer, pastor of Bethany Baptist Church in Lubbock, officiating.

Burial will be in Lorenzo Cemetery under the direction of Carter-Adams Funeral Home of Ralls.

She died at 8:30 a.m. Sunday in Lubbock's West Texas Hospital after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Hartley and moved to the Lorenzo area in 1936. She was a secretary and bookkeeper and was employed by American Windows and Doors in Lubbock. She was valedictorian at Lorenzo High School and was a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include her mother, Addie Mae Moore of Lorenzo; three sons, Richard of Midland, Steve of Albuquerque, NM, and Randy of Amarillo; a brother, Larry Moore of Lubbock; and eight grandchildren.
